You may return most items sold by Bijoux Collections within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. All returns must be pre-authorized by calling (800) 578.1889. For quantity discounted items, if the return alters the original order so that it would no longer qualify for aquantity discount, retroactive adjustments to the original order shall be made.
We cannot accept returns of certain items, including:
- Any wire-wrapped, vermeil, or chain that has been cut to your specifications.
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.
- Any item that is not in its original condition.
When returning items please include the following information with the items:
- A copy of the invoice with the quantity returned for each item purchased.
- A Return Authorization Number
